Hi, Im an 18 year old male with a 6′4 atheletic body at about 175 and im interested in not just continuing toning my muscles but adding mass to them, such as, abdominals, triceps, biceps, and pecs. Basically my question to you body builders is what supplement would you reccomend purchasing to use before lifting, thank you for your help.
depends on how far you wanna go, and if you are willing to take the side effects. I only use no2, protien shakes, and creatine. Make sure you get a good multi vitame. You can get liquid amino acids, they work pretty well but there kinda expensive. Lukai, i think came out with this new stuff called Anabolic activator, it is suposably really good from what i hear, its the best you can get with out taking steroids. Make sure when you life, like on bench you dont do ex. 3 x 10 with one wieght, if your building you do 8,6, 4, 2. for example 8×185, then bump up 6×205, then bump up, 4×215, bump up, 2×225. something like that. Whe your building mass make sure u work for failure, which means go untill you can do any more. Then have your spot help you do more than you can physically handle. Make sure you give each muscle group three days rest when your building mass. like ex. mon sholders, biceps, tues triceps and ches, wed, back and mislanius. then take thursday off and then reapeat get the drift.
